What lands in the English queue, how I would handle each kind of ticket on PrimeXBT's published rules, and a working support desk built on those rules.
Money in motion drives most contacts: fiat deposits not yet credited, withdrawals in flight, and positions closed by stop-out around session closes and news.
Read the client's own hash, account type and timestamp first. Answer with PrimeXBT's published figure. Escalate with a complete pack so the client is asked once.
A support desk that traces crypto deposits live, recomputes margin level and stop-out under Higher Margin Requirements, triages a ticket and drafts the FAQ from repeat issues.
Taken from primexbt.com and primexbt.help. These are the figures a client will test an agent on.
| Area | Published rule | Support read |
|---|---|---|
| Platforms | PXTrader 2.0 (crypto futures and, since March 2026, CFDs and forex) and MetaTrader 5 (Standard, Pro, ZeroStop, Cent, swap-free). Legacy PXTrader retired 1 May 2026. | First question on any trading ticket: which platform and account type. |
| Stop-out | PXTrader 2.0: 40% maintenance margin, limit orders cancelled first. MT5: 50% margin level; 0% on ZeroStop and Pro. | Three different answers to "when do I get closed". |
| Higher Margin Requirements | Margin x10 on MT5 (max leverage 100 on PXTrader 2.0 for XAU, XAG, indices, FX) around session closes and from 5 min before to 1 min after major releases. MT5 still displays standard margin. | The likeliest root cause of "the price never hit my stop". |
| Swaps and funding | CFD swap = rate x price x amount at 22:00 UTC, tripled once a week. Crypto futures funding every 8 hours. | Overnight charge questions after a quiet day. |
| Crypto deposits | BTC 3 confirmations (~40 min), ERC-20 30 (~6 min), BEP-20 10, TRC-20 20 (~1 min each). | Pending vs lost is a lookup, done before replying. |
| Withdrawals | Only to a method already used to deposit; card refunds first; email PIN on every request; card withdrawals up to 10 working days. | Sets the clock for every "not received". |
| Verification | Unverified: crypto withdrawals to USD 20,000 a day, deposits to USD 2,000, no card deposits, no fiat withdrawals. | Most "why can't I" questions end here. |
| Product changes | Copy trading closed 1 May 2026 with funds returned; Cent accounts (Oct 2026), swap-free on PXTrader 2.0 (Aug), adjustable MT5 leverage (Jul). | Each launch produces tickets the next morning. |
Inferred from the help centre structure and about 75 public reviews from June to September 2026. Owner is where the decision sits once the agent has the facts.
| Driver | Typical message | What I check, in order | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Execution and stop-outs | "The spread took out my stop." | Platform and account type, timestamp vs session close and data releases (HMR), bid/ask at the time, margin level. | Dealing, if prices look off-market |
| Withdrawal in flight | "It says completed, nothing arrived." | Method, time submitted, policy window for that method, fee applied, destination matches a deposit method. | Payments |
| Fiat deposit not credited | "Debited from my bank, not in my account." | Method (UPI, local, card), provider reference, amount vs method minimum, verification limits. | Payments |
| Crypto deposit not credited | "Sent USDT two hours ago." | Hash on the explorer, recipient address, token, network, confirmations vs the published count. | Payments, with the pack |
| Bonus, cashback, contests | "Where is my bonus?" | Which programme, terms version, volume reached, write-off order on loss (bonus before negative-balance protection). | Promotions team |
| Verification | "Rejected again." | Rejection reason, document age (proof of address within 6 months), name match, country eligibility. | Back office |
| Account access and takeover | "Money left without my permission." | Freeze first, then login history, 2FA status, whitelist changes, withdrawals. | Security |
| Legacy products | "Where did my copy trading funds go?" | Return credit on 1 May 2026 in transaction history, old strategy name and dates. | Product, if missing |
Where a crypto and CFD trader could go instead, and the support promise each one makes.
| Broker | Offer | Support promise | What it means for PrimeXBT |
|---|---|---|---|
| PrimeXBT | Crypto futures and CFDs on one account, PXTrader 2.0 plus MT5, leverage to 1:1000 (1:2000 MT5 Pro). | 24/7 live chat and email, "~35 seconds" first response. | Benchmark. |
| Exness | Forex and CFD broker with several licences. | 24/7 chat, phone and email in 14 languages. | Phone and language depth set the CFD bar. |
| IC Markets | Raw-spread forex and CFDs, MT4/MT5/cTrader. | 24/7 chat, email and local phone lines. | Traders compare spread complaints with a raw-spread venue. |
| Vantage | Forex and CFDs, copy trading. | 24/7 chat, email, phone. | Copy trading is live there while PrimeXBT's is paused. |
| Bybit (incl. TradFi) | Large crypto exchange with in-house gold and FX contracts. | 24/7 chat. | Crypto traders arrive with exchange-grade speed expectations. |
| BingX | Crypto perpetuals and copy trading. | 24/7, "average response 30 seconds". | Same headline promise; consistency decides it. |
| Margex | Crypto margin trading. | Live chat, email, forms. | Closest crypto-margin peer; thinner public help. |
| eToro | Multi-asset retail platform. | Human chat Sunday to Friday; bot at other times. | PrimeXBT's 24/7 human chat is a real advantage to protect. |
From each firm's public contact page, October 2026. Right-hand column is my assessment.
Encoding the rules meant reading the pages side by side. Five places where a client can get two answers, each with a small fix.
| Finding | Evidence | Suggested fix |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal fees stated three ways | The payments page says "No platform fees". The platform FAQ lists bank cards at 5% of the amount and Volet or local methods at USD 5. The withdrawal article says the first three fiat withdrawals in 30 days are free. | One fee table, linked from all three pages. |
| Withdrawal speed | "7 sec average withdrawal processing time" on the payments page; the refunds policy gives 24 hours for processing and up to ten working days for cards. | Show processing time and arrival time per method as two columns. |
| Zero Stop-Out scope | /zero-stop says it applies across all instruments and is available to all traders; /account-types shows a 40% stop-out on PXTrader 2.0 and 0% on MT5 ZeroStop and Pro. | Name the account types it covers on the landing page. |
| A link that returns 404 | primexbt.com/zero-stop-out returns 404; the live page is /zero-stop. | 301 redirect. |
| Duplicate help article | "Standard vs Higher Margin Requirements on MT5 and PXTrader 2.0" exists twice (articles 14497735 and 15338601) with slightly different text. | Merge into one and redirect the other. |
Checked 9 October 2026 on primexbt.com and primexbt.help.
| Duty | How I would do it | In the demo |
|---|---|---|
| Respond promptly by email, live chat and phone | Acknowledge in seconds, then look up before answering: hash, account type, timestamp. One clear next step and a time in every reply. | Triage tab |
| Work with other departments; escalate when necessary | Escalate with a complete pack (client ID, hash or reference, amount, UTC time, what I checked) so payments or dealing never has to ask twice. | Tracer and triage packs |
| Follow up; troubleshoot with diagnostic techniques | Every escalation gets a follow-up time. Diagnosis by elimination: network, confirmations, method, policy window. | Deposit tracer |
| Record repetitive issues for process improvement | Tag each ticket by driver; at shift end, the top three drivers with counts and one example each go to the lead. | Repeat-issue log |
| Write FAQ articles, manuals, tutorials | Start with the gaps in section 06; each article quotes one figure from one source page. | FAQ draft export |
| Guide clients to additional products | Suggest the account that fits the problem: ZeroStop for traders closed out at 40%, swap-free for overnight holders, Cent for small first deposits. | Position checker |
| Improve the overall customer experience | Fix the five public-page conflicts above first: they create tickets before the client opens chat. | Section ★ |
Each one states what I saw, the rule that applies, and the next step with a time.
Thanks for the hash. Your 500 USDT is on TRON with 12 of the 20 confirmations we need, so it will credit automatically in about a minute. If it hasn't appeared by 09:30 UTC, reply here and I'll take it to our payments team straight away.
Your XAUUSD position closed at 15:59 UTC, one minute before the session break. Higher Margin Requirements applied from that point, which raised the margin needed tenfold while MT5 still showed the standard figure. Your margin level fell to 48%, under the 50% stop-out on MT5 Standard. The article on these periods is here. I've passed your point about the margin display to the product team.
Your withdrawal was sent to your card ending 4417 on 6 October. Card refunds can take up to ten working days to reach the account, so the bank window runs to 20 October. I've asked our payments team for the reference number your bank can trace, and I'll send it here by tomorrow 12:00 UTC.
Synthetic examples. Figures from the PrimeXBT help centre and refunds policy.
The help centre has 54 English articles: 22 on trading, 8 on deposits and withdrawals. Payments drives the most complaints, so the first articles go there.
| Article | What it answers | Driver |
|---|---|---|
| My bank was debited but my deposit is not in my account | Per-method crediting times, the provider reference to send, when Support escalates. | Fiat deposits |
| My withdrawal shows completed but has not arrived | Processing vs arrival time per method, card refund timing, how to get a trace reference. | Withdrawals |
| I sent crypto on the wrong network | How to check the network on the explorer, what recovery is possible, what to send Support. | Crypto deposits |
| Why was my position closed before my stop-loss? | Bid/ask vs chart price, spread around closes, HMR windows, stop-out levels by account type, with a worked example. | Execution |
| Withdrawal fees, all methods | One table that the payments page, FAQ and withdrawal article all link to. | Fees |
| What happened to my copy trading funds? | The 1 May 2026 closure, where the return credit shows, who to contact if missing. | Legacy products |
